Tropical Turmeric Booster

  • 1 cup almond or milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 fresh or frozen small banana
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric (curcuma)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon maca powder (optinal)
  • 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
  • dash of Himalayan salt
